Guānhuà

I met a wonderful Taiwanese in Munich last November, and we spent half a day wandering through English Garden and teaching each other a little bit Chinese and German. Some months later, we met via Skype, and did a German WAYK session. When she was full, she wanted to teach me some Chinese, so we played for half an hour. I’ve always wanted to learn Mandarin, because it is so very different from Indo-European, and because it sounds beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t do any more sessions (we originally planned to do one per week, but both got distracted), maybe I’ll see if we can pick this up soon.
